Ms. Beatrice “Bea” (Knuckles) Jones was born on October 1, 1947 in Tyronza, Arkansas to the union of Mr. and Mrs. John and Ruth Knuckles. She made her heavenly transition receiving her angel wings on Thursday, July 18th in the year Two Thousand and Nineteen.
The Knuckles Family relocated to Saginaw, Michigan during Sister Jones’ adolescent years. She remained in Saginaw until she moved to Georgia, where she greatly enjoyed nearly two years of residence with her children and grandchildren.
Sister Jones thoroughly enjoyed attending church, church missionary work, spending quality time with her grandchildren, shopping and viewing her favorite television series, “Law and Order: SVU.” Sister Jones was a lifetime servant to her family, church family, and community. She cherished a genuinely connected love with her Prince of Peace Church Family. She was definitely operating with her wings prior to receiving them on July 18th.
Sister Jones was lovingly and affectionately addressed as Nanny and Nanny Bea by her grandchildren. She was also lovingly addressed as Momma Bea and Momma Bea Bea by her extended children. We are most thankful for her life and the 71 years God allowed us to spend with her.
