Linda Sykes

Linda Ann Sykes passed away Sunday, February 2, 2014 at her residence. Age 48 years. She was born December 7, 1965 in Saginaw, Michigan to Earl Randolph and Willie Mae Sykes.
Linda was a 1983 graduate of Saginaw High School. She was a kind-hearted person who enjoyed helping the elderly. Linda loved to play cards, fish and cook for her family. Her presence will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
She leaves to cherish her memory her devoted companion of 20 years, Charles Lee Brown; one son, Eldred (Jacques) Sykes; two daughters, Tiffany LaShawn (Deaonn) Sykes and Alicia Deshae Brown; her grandchildren, Taniya (Lou) Washington, Eldrianna Sykes, Damarion and Damiya Sherman; step-parents, James Ellison and Lender Graham; one sister, Tracy Randolph; three brothers, John (Tracy) Bland, Robert (Henrietta) Sykes and Shaun Randolph; five nieces, Katrina Blunt, DNashuba Baker, Kanesha Lewis, Jasmine Jones and Candace Price; two nephews, Kenny Lewis and Brandon Breckenridge; seven aunts including her special aunt, Anna Cole; three uncles, Roosevelt Mathes, Calvin Thomas and Ester Randolph; several cousins including special cousin, Karen Thomas; mother-in-law, Ella Mae Brown; nine sisters-in-law and four brothers-in-law; many other relatives and friends including the father of her children, Eldred Washington and Calvin Gill Jr.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Willie Mae Sykes and Earl Randolph, grandmother, Minnie Sawyer, one brother, Jethro A. Brown and one sister, Kenyatta Randolph.
