Paul Lovelady (Lansing)

Mr. Paul Lovelady was born May 31, 1967, in Southeast Hayti, Missouri. The son of Hossie Lovelady, Sr. and Christine Porter. He was the twelfth born out of sixteen children. He passed away Saturday, September 9, 2023, in Lansing, Michigan. Age 56 years.

Paul was an avid fitness buff and had even earned a certificate in fitness. In addition to staying active, he also loved to cook and had a strong faith in Christ. Paul lit up any room he entered with his infectious and upbeat attitude towards life.

He leaves to cherish his memory his son’s mother, Tiffany Ball; sons, Warn and Romeo; step-children, Hayden Ball; parents, Hossie and Christine Porter Lovelady; grandparents, Charlie and Regina Lovelady; sisters, Johnnie, Lene, Linda Kay, Roadie Ann, and Pearlie; brothers, Robert, JW, Wimp, Lee Curtis, Juek, and Hossie, Jr.; 19 nieces; many nephews; 6 aunts; 10 uncles; many cousins; sister-in-law, Marcella Reynolds; brothers-in-law, John and Ernest Wright; and many other relatives and friends including special friends, Crystal Mountain, Frenchie, Michael, Miss Dorothy, Little Dot, and Darlean Sevenday.

He was preceded in death by his sisters, Geraldine & Pauline, his twin, and his brothers, James Brown & Richard
