Ty'Rone Simmons

Ty’Rone Simmons Jr. passed away on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 in Saginaw, Michigan. He was born July 11, 1995, in Saginaw, MI to Marcus Coney and Latoya Rivers.

Ty’rone was a lifelong resident of Saginaw, Michigan. He attended Saginaw Public Schools and was a graduate of E.T.C. Academy. Ty’Rone was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church under the leadership of former Pastor TJ London. He enjoyed watching and playing basketball. Most of all, he loved his family dearly, especially his children. Ty’Rone will be missed by family and friends.

Simmons; fiancée, Chantearia Harris; mother, Latoya Rivers-Simmons; stepparents, Ty’Rone (Barb) Simmons Sr.; grandparents. Albert (Betty) Coney, Saginaw, Michigan; step-grandparents; Elton (Kathryn) Simmons; sisters, Ty'Nasia Simmons, Makala Shivers, Ty’Riaunna Simmons, and Teirayiaha Harris; brothers; Ty’Rele Simmons, Jayden Jones; nephews, Ty’Rele Simmons, Jr., and RaKim Peterson Jr.; aunts, Elizabeth Williams, Chicago, Illinois, Tonja Bryson, Iowa City, Iowa, Vanessa Hunt, North Carolina, Markisha Rivers, Tamara Tucker, TyChele Simmons and Royce Coney; uncles, Tony Rivers, Saginaw, Michigan, James Williams, Jr., Chicago, Illinois, Delovunn Blackmon, Detroit, Michigan, James Lanell Williams, and Alonzo Simmons; mother of his daughter, Kaliah Parker; cousins, other relatives and friends including his godmother, Belinda James-Pirtle; godsister, Gionni James; godbrother, Dequevion King; fiancee's parents, Claude Robinson and Tantaneshia Harris.

Ty’Rone was preceded in death by his father, Marcus Coney, grandmother, Mary Rivers, and grandfather, James Williams, Sr.
