Mr. Alan Lee Salter, beloved son, uncle, and nephew went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 28, 2022, at Covenant HealthCare Cooper. Age 40 years. Alan was born April 7, 1981, in Saginaw, Michigan to Addie and Sandra Salter.
Alan was a resident of Saginaw, Michigan, and he attended Saginaw High School. He accepted Christ at an early age under the leadership of the late Pastor Rufus Bradley. Alan was employed at KBS as a maintenance worker. He loved listening to music and cleaning his car to perfection every day.
Alan leaves to cherish his memories his mother, Sandra Salter; sister, Gail Marie (Rashad) Leflore, Eagan Minnesota; niece, Jazmin Brooks, Saginaw, Michigan; nephew, Jabari Leflore, Minnesota; uncle, Samuel (Katherine) Graves, Saginaw, Michigan; aunt, Zoraida Quinn, Detroit, Michigan; cousins, Samantha Townsend, Ashtorria Parker, Adam Hoeksema, Tanisha Gray, Joseph Gray, and Jonathan Townsend; special friends, godsister, Akia ’Babykakes’ Ragland, Edgar Jones, Kristie Jones, and Jamiece Taylor.
Alan was preceded in death by his father, Addie Salter; sister, Shana Salter; grandfather, Samuel Franklin Graves.
