Mr. Alfred Clark Jr. passed away Sunday, April 17, 2011 at Covenant Healthcare - Cooper. Age 56 years. He was born July 25, 1954 in Saginaw, Michigan to Velma and Alfred Lee Barney.
Alfred was a family man, he loved to take care of his grandchildren and enjoyed making people laugh. He volunteered in his neighborhood.
He leaves to cherish his memory three daughters, Racheal Allen, Chenille Banks, Tish Brown; three sons, Demetrius Chester, Alfred III, Demarcus Barney;
grandchildren, Demetriona, Kamaria Banks, Sanii Barney; fiance, Connie Banks; two sisters, Wynesta, Annette; step-sisters, Vickie Polk, Barbara Carthrone; aunt, Dorothy Dobes; uncles, Charles Clark, Cornelius Barney, Marcellus Barnes, Roosevelt Barney, Clarence Barney, Andrew Barney, RL Barney; three
sisters -in-law, Faye Smith, Brenda Boyd, Kay Chester; two brothers-in-law, Dave Chester, Tommy Chester; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends
including special friends, Larry Polk, Marvin Castell and Ernest West. The family would like to express a special thanks to the Chester family and Johnny Banks.
Alfred was preceded in death by his parents, Alfred and Velma Barney; two sisters, Fredderika Davis, Gwendlyon Wicker; two aunts, Annie Barnes, Juanita Clark; grandparents, Lovi and Walter Pierce.
