Alfred Mcpherson, Jr.

Mr. Alfred McPherson, Jr. was born October 10, 1953 in Benton Harbor, Michigan, the son of Alfred McPherson, Sr. and Mary Mae Cross. He entered into his heavenly home on Monday, January 13, 2020 at the age of 66 years.

Alfred was a graduate of Saginaw High School, “Class of 1971.” He later worked as an insurance agent for several years, in addition to working at Dixie Tools. Alfred loved drawing and considered himself an artist. He enjoyed music and his favorite artist was Michael Jackson. His love for life and carefree spirit will truly be missed.

Alfred was preceded in death by his wife, Genell McPherson; parents, Alfred McPherson, Sr. and Mary Mae Cross; brother, Donald Jackson.

He leaves precious memories with three stepchildren, Shynell, Ann and James Curry; grandchildren, Shaneva and Javon Curry; brother, Albert McPherson; nieces, Tekisha Curry, Kaniria McFadden, Sade Vaughn; nephews, Jeffrey and Robert Curry; mother-in-law, Genevia Curry; sisters-in-law, Willie, Felicia, Maxine, Ke Ke Curry, Patricia Smith; brother-in-law, Donald Curry; many cousins, other relatives and friends.
