Ms. Alfreda Thompson passed away Friday, April 19, 2019 at Riverside Healthcare Center in St. Louis, Michigan. Age 60 years. She was born February 6, 1959 in Manchester, Kentucky to Fred and Daisy Thompson.
Alfreda relocated to Michigan and accepted Christ at an early age. She attended Arthur Eddy Jr. High School and Ross Medical where she became a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Alfreda was employed at Mama Lillies Restaurant in Saginaw, and The Lutheran Home in Frankenmuth, Michigan. She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them, especially her grandchildren. Alfreda will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
She leaves to cherish loving memories one son, Tonay (China) Thompson; one daughter, Jimenece Thompson; parents, Fred (Daisy) Thompson; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; one aunt, Willie Jean Lucas; one uncle, Robert McKee Jr.
Alfreda was predeceased by her brother and sister-in-law, Alfonzo (Teresa) Thompson; grandparents, Robert (Georgia) McKee; granddaughter, Ja’Kail Thompson; uncle, Matthew Lucas, Sr., and a very close family member, Jessie M. Thomas.
