Allen J. Wilson (Lansing)

Allen James Wilson passed away March 21, 2019, in Lansing, Michigan. Age 63 years. He was born January 22, 1956 to James W. and Rosie Lee Wilson in Lubbock, Texas.

Mr. Wilson attended the Lansing School District and graduated from Eastern High School where he was known as an outstanding athlete in multiple sports. Allen displayed at a young age his love for math and ended up taking classes at MSU while in high school.

He leaves to cherish his memory, sister; Mary Ann Johnson (Lansing, Michigan), brothers; Johnnie B. Scott (Sarasota, Florida), Frankie Lee Allen (Lansing, Michigan), and Houston Wilson (Lansing, Michigan), brother-in-law; Tyree Davis, special great niece; Miyanna Brown, and special great nephew; Jaris Anthony McIntosh, many cousins, other family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his sisters; Ruth Perkins, Bessie Cotton, and Goldie Davis, and brother; Robert McKinnis.
