Andrew Tyler (Lansing)

Mr. Andrew Henry Tyler passed away on Wednesday, March 16, 2022, in Lansing, Michigan at the age of 68 years. He was born December 16, 1953, to Russell Robert and Frances Irene Tyler in Lansing, Michigan.

Andrew was a life-long resident of Lansing, Michigan,  He was educated in the Lansing School District and graduated from Lansing Eastern High School. He was a devoted husband, loving father, proud grandfather, and provider. Andrew was the best husband, father, and grandfather anyone could imagine. He treasured his wife unconditionally. He loved his daughter, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren more than words can describe. 

Andrew loved NASCAR racing, Michigan State University sports, and camping. He was employed at Ryder Logistics in Lansing for 15 years and was a “workaholic.”

He leaves to cherish his memory his daughter, Lynn Tyler; grandchildren, Darin Tyler, James Mireles, Jr., and Alexandria Alaniz; great-grandchildren, Kash, Brooklyn, Mila, and Brodyn; sister, Linda; brothers, James and David; many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary; parents, Russell and Frances; brother, Bernard “Butch”, and sister, Jean.
