Angel touched the lives of anyone whom she met. Her spirit was so strong and pure with those bright brown eyes that she would light up a room. Although she couldn’t talk she memorized almost every song she heard because music was her strength and passion that always cheered her up.

Angel leaves to cherish her memory, parents Toinette Ingram and John F. Williams Jr. (Cynthia); grandparents, Betty and John F. Williams Sr.; brothers, John F. III Williams (Florence), Denzel and Wesley Williams; sisters, Natalia (Lucia) Soto, Kaitlyn, Destiny, and BrieAnn Williams; aunts, Beverley (George) Poydras, Leslie and Helen Ingram, Gwendolyn Blacksher, Melinda, and Anthonette Owens, Yolanda Jones and Sheree (Isaiah) Reeves; godparents, Darryl Robbins and Renee Jones; friend, James Lane whom she shared special times with; many great uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins and friends.

Angel was preceded in death by her grandparents, Lemartis Matthews Ingram “King David Hawkins,” and Lee A. Owens, uncles Alonzo and Eugene Ingram and Mark Blacksher, aunts Cheryl Williams and Tara Ingram, and godmother Aletha Jones.
