On Friday, May 15, 2015 the angels of Heaven descended upon the earth to carry our beloved Angel Sheree Page home to glory. Age 32 years. She was born September 6, 1982 in Saginaw, Michigan to Brenda Page and Alvin Shannon.
Angel was a lifelong resident of Saginaw, Michigan. She graduated in 2007 from Ross Medical School as a Medical Assistant. Angel was baptized and was a member of St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Vincent McMillon. She enjoyed cooking. Sunday dinners were her favorite. Angel loved spending time with her sisters and friends. She also enjoyed reading and watching TV. Her favorite TV show was Deal or No Deal. Angel was a beautiful young woman whose presence will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She leaves to cherish her memory one son, JaQuayvion Powell; mother, Brenda Page; five sisters, Sherece Page Tyson, Tacarra Abraham, Lisa (Tony) Flowers, Tiffany Hodges and Stephanie Farrow; three brothers, Jerron Page, Jerry Farrow and Tony Farrow; many nieces and nephews; five aunts, Mary (Lawrence) Bowen, Gloria (Adam) Clemmons, Shirley (Milton) Watkins, Angelia Walker and Mary Barnes; six uncles including a very special uncle, William Page, Calvin Page (Felecia Carter), Willie Page, Michael Page, George (Shay) Barnes and Auther (Toni) Pringle; many other relatives and friends including her special friends, Junika Jones and Jaylen Wilkerson.
Angel was preceded in death by her father, Alvin Shannon, grandmothers, Eddie Mae Page and Ms. Lottie Shannon, one uncle, Michael Walker and best friend, Brandy Boose.
The family wishes to express special thanks to Pastor Vincent and 1st Lady Gwen McMillon and the St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church family, special nurse Krista and the staff of Covenant Healthcare-Cooper, Ivan E. Phillips and the staff of Paradise Funeral Chapel and everyone who offered prayers, condolences and kind words.
