Angelica Olivarez

Angelica Cherie Olivarez passed away Monday, April 15, 2013. Age 23 years. She was born December 14, 1989 in Saginaw, Michigan to Theresa Medel and Henry Olivarez III.
Angelica was a 2008 graduate of Bridgeport High School. She went on to further her education at Dorsey Medical School, receiving a certificate of completion on February 17, 2012. Angelica was currently employed as a Medical Assistant at Great Lakes Family Health Center. She was a very vibrant and loving person who enjoyed going to church and watching movies with her son. Angelica was a dedicated mother who loved her son. He was the apple of her eye. She was so eager to get home from work every day just to be with him. Gone but not forgotten, her presence will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She leaves to cherish her memory her son, Michael Duane Lawrence III; her mother, Theresa Medel; her father who raised her since the age of 13 years, Ricky Hernandez; grandparents, Ernestine and Rejino Medel Sr., Henry and Emily Olivarez; great-grandmother, Theodora Medel; three brothers, Ricardo Gonzales, Henry Olivarez and Ricky Hernandez III; two nieces, Angelina and Marisol Gonzales; five nephews, Enrique and Emmanuel Olivarez, Carlito, Sucre and Roman Gonzales; many other relatives and friends including special friends, Diamond, Margarita, Jasmine and Angel.
The family would like to express special thanks to the entire Medel family, extended family, special friends and everyone who offered a condolence, prayers and kind words.
