Anitra Dione Beavers

On March 11, 2024, at the age of 45, Anitra D. Beavers went to join the presence of her beloved father and sister. She was born from the union of Tommy Beavers Jr. and Shirley Mae Dickens Beavers on December 13, 1978, in Saginaw, Michigan.

Anitra enjoyed listening to music, playing in the pool, playing Pitty Pat-type games with family, rearranging the pots and pans in the kitchen, and most of all, eating. At the age of 26, Anitra graduated from the Millet Learning Center in Saginaw, Michigan, where she was a star student and was loved by her teachers.

Anitra’s infectious laugh, lovingly torturous choke holds, and iron grip will be deeply missed.

She leaves to cherish her memories her mother, Shirley Mae Beavers; sisters, Debra Dickens, Tamara Barlow, and Rhonda Beavers; her godmother, Patricia Mays; godsisters, Crystal Mays, and Judy Finch; special nieces, Daiquiona Beavers, Brianna Robinson, and Iyona Beavers; special nephews, Damarlin Beavers, John McKinney Jr., and Timothy Robinson II; bonus nephew, Cordelle Gibson; Anitra will be be missed by many other nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews. 

Anitra was preceded in death by her father, Tommy Beavers Jr.; brother, Tomy Rone; and sister, Angelis Beavers.
