Mrs. Annie Pearl Bandy went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 25, 2018 at the blessed age of 86 years. She was born October 31, 1931 in Hayneville, Alabama to Frank and Laura Timmons.
Annie married Spincer Bandy and they relocated to Saginaw in 1950. She was employed with the Saginaw City School District for 12 years. Annie was a faithful member of South 17th Street Church of Christ for 60 plus years. In her spare time she enjoyed sewing, gardening and the Trinity Christian television channel. Annie was a loving mother and adoring grandmother. She loved her entire family with all her heart. Annie loved everyone; she will truly be missed by family and friends who loved her dearly.
Mrs. Bandy leaves to cherish her memory her only daughter, Annie Pearl Bandy “buttons”, Flushing, Michigan; four sons, Spencer (Dorothea) Bandy, Eddie (Bernice) Bandy, Saginaw, Michigan, Jerry (Pam) Bandy, Lansing, Michigan, Timothy (Deborah) Bandy, John's Creek, Georgia; her brothers, Ernest Lee Timmons and John T. Timmons both of Haynesville, Alabama; fourteen grandchildren, Anissa, Jamyl, Sylvester, Sidney, Spencer, Christopher, Jermaine, Michelle, Breanna, Bryant, Joi, Courtney, DeAngelo and Montravis; thirteen great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends; a very special niece, Annie Chavis.
Mrs. Bandy was preceded in death by her husband, Spincer; two sons, Sylvester and Glen, and nine siblings.
The family would like to express sincere gratitude to Dr. Jane Castillo for the quality care provided for our mother; special thanks to everyone for your prayers and kindness during this difficult time.
