Antayvion Dominque Clayton

June 19, 2010 — October 17, 2019

Antayvion Dominque Clayton was born June 19, 2010 in Saginaw, Michigan to Antwon Clayton and Alexandria Beverly. He met Jesus on Thursday, October 17, 2019 at the sweet age of nine years.

Antayvion was a third grader at Atkins Elementary School in Bridgeport Township. He was a good kid, full of life and laughter. He loved to play his Playstation 4 and go to Chuckie E. Cheese. He liked riding his bike and hanging around his older friends. He loved hip-hop music and was always rapping. And to only be nine, he had a nice flow.

Antayvion’s favorite sport was basketball and his favorite team was the Golden State Warriors. Like many kids, his favorite player was Stephen Curry and he tried to shoot just like him. He also liked to dress fresh. He had his own style and was always camera ready.

Nine years was not enough time with Antayvion. But we are grateful to God for blessing us with this gift for nine wonderful years. He will be missed. He will always be loved. And he will always be remembered in our hearts and memory.

Antayvion was preceded in death by his great-grandmothers, Wavonne Halbert, Willie Mae Tolden, Doris Jean Woods; great-grandfather, Oscar Blackmon; great-uncle, Demetrious Beverly; great-great-uncle, Freddie Blackmon.

He leaves to cherish his memory his parents, Antwon Clayton and Alexandria Beverly; sisters, Amaya and Ah’Bre Clayton; brothers, Kendall Works, Antwon Clayton, Jr., Amire Clayton; grandparents, Aretha Blackmon, William Beverly, Buelah Clayton, Willie Clayton; aunts, Alizee Dyson, Gloria Phillips, Shavonne “Te Te Spudy” Harris, Ericka Cardenas, April James, Gwann Ross, Wilma Williams, Dasha Walker, Candice Thomas; uncles, William Beverly III, Alexander Beverly, Leon Hayes; cousins, Delano Agee, DeAngelo Agee, Edward “Nas” Beamon, Sharnae Perry, E’meari, Anyah, TaraJi Deberry, Ka’tera Haynes, MarQuasha Wilson, Nia Kendrick; many other cousins, relatives and friends, including special friends Brian Folks, Morris Young, Brand Folks, Jay Jay and Nu Nu.

The family would like to express special thanks to Bridgeport School District, our Buena Vista Family, Ivan E. Phillips and the Staff of Paradise Funeral Chapel.
