Anthony Earl Jones, also known as “AJ” went home to be with our Lord and Savior Saturday, October 17, 2020, in Dallas, Texas. Age 53 years. He was born June 4, 1967, the son of Marshall and Lily Artis.

Anthony moved to Texas 3 ½ years ago with his fiancé, Pamela Malone and bonus children to better his life, and that is exactly what he did. He was employed at Frontier pipeline and enjoyed his job. He loved to BBQ, listen to music, and overall have a good time. Anthony was a hard worker and had the brightest smile that would light up every room he walked in. His heart was big & full of love. What a great life you lived and the legacy you have left; God lent us such a magnificent gift, and it is now his time to return home.

He leaves to cherish his memory daughter, Yvonne Muse-Davis; 3 bonus daughters, Latoya (Carlos), Lateisha (Eric), Laquida, and bonus son, Daryl (Ashley) all of Texas; 3 grandchildren and 6 bonus grandchildren; father, Marshall Artis; sister, Monica Artis; brother, Marshall (Cheryl), Artis Jr.; fiancé Pamela Malone; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles including a favorite uncle, Walter Jones; other relatives and friends including two best friends, Michael McKissic and Lonnie Lilly.

He preceded in death by his mother, Lily Artis and grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Jones.
