Mr. Anthony Lugo passed away on Thursday, April 14, 2022, at Covenant HealthCare Cooper in Saginaw, Michigan. Age 56 years. Anthony was born March 21, 1966, in New York City, New York, to Aida L. Abraham and Juan C. Lugo.


Anthony John Lugo was a proud Puerto Rican, honored Veteran of the United States Army, and a faithful parishioner of Christ Kingdom Ministry of Saginaw, Michigan.


Growing up, Anthony loved the New York Mets and the Yankees. He was very athletic, loved animals, attending the cinema, and adding to his model car collection.


Anthony leaves to cherish his memories his brother, Frederick; four sisters and brothers in-law, Michael (Elizabeth) Anderson, Charlie (Jane) Gomez, Wilson (Myra) Perez, Paul (Iraida) Gelpi; six children; nineteen nieces and nephews, Misty, Kimberly, Samantha, Wilson Jr., Timothy, Lauren, Joanie, Charlie Jr., Simone, Melanie, Erin, Stephanie, Michael Jr., Nicholas, Mariah, Frederick Jr., Emmanuel, Harper, and Jette; three great-grandnieces, and nephews, Madison, Cameron, and Elias; he also leaves behind his in-laws, Manuel Steve Harper Jr., Daniela, Tommy, Shelly, Timothy, Linda, Loretta, Alisa, and Annette Harper.


Anthony was preceded in death by his loving wife, Janet Harper Lugo; parents, Aida L. Abraham, and Juan C. Lugo.


The family of Anthony Lugo would like to extend a very special thanks to the Covenant Harrison staff for all the love and care provided to Anthony during his final days.
