Anthony Walton (Lansing)

Anthony B. Walton passed away Saturday, October 21, 2017 in Lansing, Michigan. Age 35 years. He was born October 16, 1982 in Brinkley, Arkansas to Nancy Whitby and Anthony B. Walton, Sr.

Anthony was a person with an extremely big heart. He was always making sure everyone was taken care of and not in need. Anthony played basketball in high school, he enjoyed watching football especially his beloved Dallas Cowboys, lifting weights, hanging with family and playing with his nieces and nephews. He also enjoyed swimming and singing R&B songs and gospel songs with his Mom. Anthony was always concerned about his appearance, making sure he stayed A-1!

He leaves to cherish his memory his adoring mother and loving stepfather, Nancy Whitby Ferguson and Alvin T. Ferguson; father, Anthony B. Walton, Sr.; sisters, Cheryl, Ivory, Ashley, Nivea, Tamek; brothers, Undra, Johnathon, Khalid, Tavon; many nieces including special nieces, Jazmin, Ariana, Paris, Jazlyn, Azeyla and Kyonna; many nephews including special nephews, Deonte, Undra, Jr., Ahmad, Martell, Kyree, Ashton and Elijah; many aunts, uncles, cousins, so many who are all special to Anthony; other relatives and friends who have great memories of Anthony.

He was preceded in death by his brother Nicklos Smith; grandparents, Manson and Ivory L. Whitby, Hazel Walton and Juanita Washington, uncle, Tommy Whitby.

The family would like to express special thanks to our family, friends and supporters during this time in our lives.
