Antonio Alaniz (Lansing)

Mr. Antonio Alaniz passed away Monday, April 13, 2020 at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing, Michigan. Age 25 years. Antonio was born on February 3rd, 1995 in Lansing, Michigan to Amelia (Kenon) Bessard and Christopher Frison.

Antonio’s greatest joys in life were his son, Andres, and his childhood sweetheart, Paige Rivera. In his downtime, Antonio loved to play video games; often inviting others to join him in online matches. He also enjoyed watching his favorite animated shows, listening to music, eating lime salt, cooking for his family, and relaxing with cannabis. Antonio took a lot of pride in his appearance, from his hair to his favorite red Nike or Jordan shoes. No matter what he wore, Antonio always carried his rosary, because his faith was his rock. Nothing meant more to Antonio than his love for his whole family, but since he was a child, he always had a special fondness for his Grandma Lena. Antonio was known for his selflessness, determination, goofy personality and warming smile.

Antonio is survived by his son, Andres; mother, Amelia and stepfather, Kenon; father, Christopher and stepmother, Sheila; fiancé, Paige; brothers, Christopher Jr., Nicholas, TaPara Jr., Carte, and Kenon Jr.; sisters, Summer, Jenna, Yaniah, Leticia and Shalae; aunts, uncles, dozens of cousins and friends.
