Armani (Lansing) Golden

Mr. Armani Marquis Oscar Golden passed away Wednesday, December 2, 2015 in Lansing, Michigan. Age 19 years. He was born October 17, 1996 in Lansing, Michigan to Ebony Golden and Fred Strickland.
Armani was an avid lover of music. He wrote his own rap songs and his own beats. He loved his family and Bob Marley. If you spoke to him, you would see his uniqueness in the way he walked, talked, dressed and left the impression of his Old Soul. Armani dreamed of seeing the sunny skies, blue waters and palm trees of California.
Armani leaves to cherish his memory his loving mother, Ebony Golden; loving father, Fred Strickland; five sisters Michelle Jackson, Beyonca Anderson and Meyahna Haynes, Lansing MI, Currel Strickland and Taryn Strickland, Detroit Michigan and one brother, Denae Strickland, Detroit, Michigan; grandmothers, Etta Anderson and Oscar Golden; his favorite cousin DWann Arthur Jr. and many aunts, uncles, cousins and close family and friends.
Armani was preceded in death by his God-mother Carmen Jones who also shared the same date of birth. The family would like to express special thanks to the Hatcher, Mallet and Gassaway families and all of the Facebook friends and family who donated to Armanis Go Fund Me campaign.
