Mr. Arthur Webb passed away Sunday, July 20, 2014 at Covenant Healthcare-Cooper at the age of 72 years old. Arthur was born June 23, 1942 in Sherrill, Arkansas to George and Minnie Webb. Arthur confessed Christ at an early age at Sunrise Baptist Church in Sherrill, Arkansas. Arthur came to Saginaw, Michigan at the age of 19, joined General Motors as a Relief-man in 1964 and retired after 45 years of service. Arthur discovered a love for bowling, traveling and playing cards. For years he enjoyed talking with many friends on his CB radio. He leaves to cherish his memory his devoted wife of 24 years, Elizabeth Webb; one daughter, Annette (Henry) Brown; two stepdaughters, Pamela Johnson and Sumitra Martin; one stepson, Delano Martin; three brothers, George Jr. (Lena Mae), Anthony (Christine) Webb and Nathaniel Webb; three sisters, Essie Antwine, Rosie (Albert) Baldwin and Ruth Ann Williams; six grandchildren and five great- grandchildren; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Arthur was preceded in death by his parents, George and Minnie Web; two brothers, John Webb Sr. and Samuel Webb; two sisters, Modester Reed and Ora Lee Walker; one daughter, Maelene Webb and one grandson, Chester Webb.
