Baby Girl Tomia Renee Weaver (Lansing)

Baby Girl Tomia Renee Weaver passed away Wednesday, November 27, 2019 at McLaren-Greater Lansing Hospital in Lansing, Michigan. Age 4 weeks. She was born October 30, 2019 in Lansing, Michigan, the daughter of Dephonso Weaver and Alexandria Berry.

Baby Tomia Renee was born at 4:37 A. M. with a loving family waiting for her arrival. She weighed 5 pounds 12 ounces. From the moment she was born, you could see an alert, smart, happy and healthy baby. She was so aware of everything around her. “Her eyes showed an old soul in a young body.” Tomia Renee loved to be held and was very advanced for her age. She would roll over and hold her head up on her own.

She leaves to cherish her loving memory her mother, Alexandria Berry and father, Dephonso Weaver; great-grandmother, Debra Faye Daniels: grandmother Tomekia Daniels; five aunts, Sylvia Rich, Jerreka Rutledge, Juanita Daniels, Ahmina Daniels, Briana Crawford; six uncles, Ronald Richardson Clark, III, Marvell Weaver, Markieze Nelson, Martell Nelson, Larry Weaver and Zerrick Daniels; too many cousins to count, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her maternal, great-grandmother, Anita Renee Berry, great-grandmother, Annie Mae Nelson; maternal great-grandfather, Joe Daniels; and maternal grandfather, David Berry.
