Barbara Sirko (Lansing)

Mrs. Barbara Sirko was born August 28, 1948, in Detroit, Michigan. The daughter of William and Lorma Puckett. Barbara passed away Friday, November 22, 2024, peacefully, at home. Age 76 years. 

She was a proud graduate of Cody High School in Detroit and a dedicated bookkeeper for many years. Family was the heart of her life, and she cherished every moment spent with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, always bringing warmth and laughter with her quick wit and sense of humor. She loved arts and crafts, with crocheting being one of her greatest passions. She also found comfort in the simple joys of snuggling on the couch and watching her favorite shows. 

She leaves to cherish her memory, husband, David Sirko; daughters, Dawn, Beth (Mike), and Anna; grandchildren, Nina (Tony), Alyssa, Mariska, Tyler, Brennen (Sara), Hunter, and Kaleigh; great grandchildren, Bryleigh, Bayleigh, Hudson, Grayson, Michael, and Freya; sister, Darlene Dybowski; many nieces and nephews; sisters-in-law, Peggy Sirko-Paulson, Wendy Sirko, Denise Sirko, and Nancy Sirko; brothers-in-law, John Sirko and Daniel Paulson.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Lorma Puckett; sister, Jan Blalock; mother-in-law and father-in-law, John and Margaret Sirko; and brothers-in-law, Dennis Sirko and Bob Sirko.
