Barbara Williams (Lansing)

Mrs. Barbara Williams passed away on March 26, 2021, at her residence in Lansing, Michigan. Age 59 years. She was born June 28, 1961, in Ann Arbor, Michigan to parents, Gloria Finch and Stanton Woodberry.

Barbara was married to the love of her life, James Williams, for 39 years. Together they raised their children and enjoyed life. She held a degree in early childhood development, enjoyed her role as a stay-at-home mom. Barbara loved gardening, her animals, and spending time with her family and friends. She was a loving, caring, and kind person, Barbara will be truly missed.

She leaves to cherish her memory husband, James Williams; daughter, Fallon (Quantell Hamilton) Williams; son, Aaron Williams; step-children, Terrence Williams and Brigitte El-Amin; grandchildren, Kalia Williams and Damani Mack of Lansing, Michigan, and Gina Adams and Alicia El-Amin of Little Rock Arkansas; many great-grandchildren; sisters, Patty Jenkins and Lila Ritchie; brother, Richard Vogt; nephews, Tyler and Thomas Zantop; and many other relatives and friends including special friends, Crystal and Josh Baker of Lansing, Michigan.

Barbara was preceded in death by her son, Justin Hoekman; her mother, Gloria Finch; and her father, Stanton Woodberry.
