Ms. Beverly Denise Hodges departed this earthly life on Thursday, December 3, 2015 at the age of 55 years. She was born March 26, 1960 in Saginaw, Michigan to Margaret Ann Henderson and Booker T. Goldwire.
Beverly was a lifelong resident of Saginaw, Michigan. She was a 1978 graduate of Saginaw High School. Beverly was an exceptional woman who loved life and everyone in it. She loving, caring and generous towards her loved ones and friends. Beverly enjoyed listening to music, spending time with her daughters, grandchildren and other family members. Beverly touched the lives of many and she will be truly missed.
She leaves to cherish her memory three daughters, Denise Coleman, Aiesha Coleman and Demedress Coleman (David); grandchildren, Jimmie Green, KyJuan Coleman, Joseph Green, Markesha Coleman, Isiah Coleman, Teryahna Tippins and DaZay Beverly Ann Tippins; mother and stepfather, Margaret Ann Henderson and James Butler; three sisters, Paulette Fite, Wendy Fite and Arnetha Henderson; two brothers, Dexter Fite and Ecka (Ann) Henderson; one sister-in-law, Pauline Hatter; one brother-in- law, Reuben Henderson Jr.; many other relatives and friends including her special friends, Nora Bland, Cheryl Bass, Deacon Michael and Debra Coleman, Deacon Lathan and Kim Wilson, Anita Jackson, Keith Williams, Anna Williams, Sonny Hodges, Christina McDaniel, Christopher and Cassie Williams.
Beverly was preceded in death by her loved ones, Booker T. Goldwire, Markesha Michelle Coleman and Reuben Henderson. The family would like to express special thanks to Covenant Healthcare, Metro Health Hospital, DaVita Dialysis, CMU Healthcare, Ivan E. Phillips and the staff of Paradise Funeral Chapel.
