Bonnie Reed (Lansing)

On January 19th, 2018 our beloved Bonnie Reed left this Earth to join our loved ones in Heaven. Bonnie was born on November 14th, 1952 in St. Johns, Michigan to parents Myron James Henderson and Nancy Lee Bullock. Bonnie was the eldest of her 8 brothers and sisters.

Bonnie was a passionate woman that lived for taking care of her family and close friends she considered family. She enjoyed camping, spending time with family and cooking. Bonnie was an amazing cook, and you could almost always find her in the kitchen cooking a meal for her family, baking a cake for special occasions, or doing her other favorite hobby—shopping. She was a very strong woman that wouldn’t think twice about helping her family and friends, even at times pushing her own issues aside to ensure that others were taken care of. Bonnie will be forever remembered for her heart of gold, strength, passion and love for family, friends and cooking. All will remember her love of service to others.

She is survived by her children, Deshawn (Sarah Diana) Fifield, Alizé Harris and Marcelle (Courtney Oade) Reed; 10 grandchildren; 8 siblings, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Scott, and baby daughter Heather.

There is no doubt that Heaven has gained one of this world’s greatest gems, we're so blessed to have such a beautiful soul and angel watching over us. Till we meet again ❤
