Carolyn Walks

Our beloved mother, grandmother, and sister Carolyn Denise Walks passed away peacefully on August 12, 2024, at Select Specialty Hospital (Covenant Harrison) at the age of 69 years. Carolyn was born December 5, 1954, in Saginaw, Michigan, to Walter L. Reynolds and Edester Adilah Rasool.

Carolyn resided in Saginaw, Michigan. She was a graduate of Saginaw High School Class of 1973. Carolyn loved to sing and enjoyed spending quality time with her family. She could always be found smiling and laughing while being a joy to be around.

Carolyn will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Khalilah Jeehan Reynolds, Grosse Pointe Park, Michigan, and son, Jermaine Decole Walks, Saginaw, Michigan; Gordon Walks who remains a good friend of Carolyn; three grandchildren, Rihanna Khloe Walks, Saginaw, Michigan, Khadin Jamal Reynolds, Canton, Michigan, and Amelia Gonzalez, Saginaw, Michigan; three sisters, Catheline (Reynolds) Lee, Arlington, Texas, Evelyn (Reynolds) Hearn, Canton, Michigan, and Tembley Reynolds, Saginaw, Michigan; one brother, Larry “L. J.” Reynolds (special friend, Lou L. Bergeron), Farmington Hills, Michigan; many other family members and friends.

Carolyn was preceded in death by her father Walter Lee Reynolds, mother, Edester Adilah Rasool, sister, Shirley Jean Reynolds Wesley, and brother, Walter Reynolds Jr.
