CaSandra Taylor passed away Sunday, June 16, 2013 at Karmanos Cancer Center in Detroit, Michigan. Age 43 years. She was born February 19, 1970 in Saginaw, Michigan to Robert L. and Minnie L. Taylor.
CaSandra was a lifelong resident of Saginaw, Michigan. She was a 1988 graduate of Arthur Hill High School. She continued her education by obtaining a degree in Social Work from Delta College. CaSandra was a faithful member of Mt. Olive Institutional Missionary Baptist Church where she played an active role in the Greeters Ministry and the Womens Mission Ministry. She was formerly employed by Rays Records and Tapes, Euclid Industries and the Saginaw Public School system. CaSandra enjoyed watching movies and listening to music. She loved spending time with her family. Her presence will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
She leaves to cherish her precious memory one daughter, Kyndal Ayonna Taylor; her mother, Minnie L. Taylor; one sister, Lynett Taylor; five nieces, Kristal, Kaila, Debra, Rasheedah and Debbie; four nephews, Robert, Joseph, Gregory and Lamar; two godchildren, RayChelle Pearson and ToriAna Jackson; aunts, Lillie Sangster, Willie Johns, Jeanette Holloway, Reaoda Wheeler and Frances; uncles, Delender (Evelyn) Holloway, Luster Taylor, Henry, David, Robert and Monroe; many other relatives and friends including special friends, Michelle Jackson and Sandy Calhoun.
CaSandra was preceded in death by her father, Robert Taylor, grandparents, Virgie L. Holloway and Bill Wheeler.
The family of CaSandra Taylor wishes to express special thanks to the doctors and nurses of Karmanos Cancer Center, Ivan E. Phillips and the staff of Paradise Funeral Chapel.
