Cedric attended the Detroit Public Schools and Lansing Community College. Cedric also modeled for two years. He enjoyed art, drawing, and music. He was known to be an easy going, humble, giving and compassionate person who loved his family and delighted in helping others. He enjoyed eating but sweets were his favorite and coffee daily was a must.Left to cherish his memory are his mother and father Nathaniel Jones and Marion Jones; his children Stephanie Black and Thomas (Bobbi) Snider both of Lansing, Michigan; 11 grandchildren; one sister Yvetta Jones of Ohio; nine brothers Demetrius Watts, Anthony Jones, Alphonso Jones, Cornelius (Kim) Jones all of Lansing, Michigan, Quinton K. Jones of Chicago, Illinois, Reginald Jones of Las Vegas, NV, Derrick Jones, Nathaniel Jones Jr. and Anthony Robinson all of Ohio; a host of other relatives and friends. Cedric was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Joseph and Rosa Watts; paternal grandparents Nathaniel and Wyona Jones Sr.; uncles Jonathan and Joseph Watts; aunts Leona, Jeanette Davis and Juanita Bass.
