Chante Woodhouse-Little passed away Wednesday, October 26, 2011 at Oakwood Hospital & Medical Center, Dearborn, Michigan. Age 44 years. Chante was born May 18, 1967 in Saginaw, Michigan to Bonnie Mitchell and Theodis Turner.
Chante was a member of St. Marys Baptist Church, Ypsilanti, Michigan. She received her CNA and MA licenses and was working toward her RN degree at Baker College. Chante was a very ambitious person who enjoyed spending time with family, friends and especially taking care of her grandchildren.
She leaves to cherish her memory four children, Diandre and Charnice Woodhouse, Tarkeshia and TarQuentis Gee; three grandchildren, Markhala and DErrick Woodhouse and Markelo Cole; grandparents, Willie L. Turner and Jimmie L. Turner; five sisters, Shontell and Tina Woodhouse, Tomika Moore, Thea Burress, Tara Valez; three brothers; seven uncles; four aunts; and many other relatives and friends including a special nephew, Trevontez Woodhouse; special friends, ex-husband, Jerry Little, Shirley and Michael Roberts.
She was preceded in death by grandparents, Mariah and Winfield Woodhouse; three uncles, Anthony Woodhouse, Winfield Woodhouse and Nathaniel Turner; one aunt, Cheryl Allen.
