Constance Chapman "Connie"

Mrs. Constance Chapman passed away on Sunday, October 6, 2024, at her residence in Saginaw, Michigan, at the age of 71 years. She was born in Saginaw, Michigan, on February 7, 1953, to Sam and Elizabeth Williams.

Constance, known to everyone as Connie, was a graduate of Saginaw High School, Class of 1972. Her hobbies included pinning tacos, doing crossword puzzles, and watching shows on the Game Show Network and Blue Blood. Connie enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren; family meant everything to her. She will be greatly missed by family and friends.

Loving memories will forever be cherished by her daughters: Cheri (Neil) Hayes, Jamie (Jason) Jones; and Patrice Henderson, all of Saginaw, Michigan; stepdaughter, Ashley Keaton, Flint, Michigan; grandchildren: Neil (Ari) Hayes, Bay City, Michigan, Chievell Hayes and Jordan Chapman, Saginaw, Michigan, and her two "broke besties," Kenadi and Londyn Jones; siblings, Mary (Earl) Chapman, Lansing, Michigan, and Sherry Breckenridge, Saginaw, Michigan; several nieces including DeShawnda Turner and Elizabeth Watley who cooked her favorite meals; several nephews and cousins, including Tisa Henderson whom she talked to every morning; two sisters-in-law, Doretta Williams, and Sonya Williams; four brothers-in-law, L.C. Turner, Earl Chapman, John Chapman, and Ricky Riley; many other relatives and friends; special friends, the Youngblood and Washington families.

Connie was preceded in death by her husband, James E. Chapman; parents, Sam and Elizabeth Williams; sisters, Martha Turner, Lou Bertha Williams, Greta Watley, and Leatrice Wicker; brothers, Andrew Sam Williams, Alexander Williams, Andrew Williams, brother-in-law, Robert Chapman; sister-in-law, Lela Patman, and her dog, "Rocky."
