Mr. Charles Edward Campbell was born November 17, 1971 in Cleveland, Ohio to Jimmie Lee Essex and Daisy Campbell White. He passed away Tuesday, June 4, 2019 at the age of 47 years.
Charles was a fun-loving, family-oriented person. He loved reading and learning new things. He enjoyed taking selfies and listening to music. He had a genuine love and affection for children and enjoyed helping them in any capacity he could.
To know him was to love him. He did not know a stranger and could engage in conversation with anyone. He really loved being by the water and his favorite place was Ojibway Island. This was his place of peace and he and his wife, Maelin, spent countless hours there enjoying the calm of the water and each other’s company.
Charles was preceded in death by his father, Jimmie Lee Essex.
He leaves precious memories with his wife Maelin Campbell; mother, Daisy Campbell White; sisters, Trina Myers, Tonya Muhammad, Tip Hardy, Joeann, Buelah, Jamie Essex; brothers, Larry and Nathan Essex; brothers-in-law, Gerald Myers, Jr., Christopher Muhammad, Steve Hardy, Joseph Stuckey; many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
