Charles Craig (Lansing)

Mr. Charles Craig passed away Sunday, August 11, 2019 at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing, Michigan. Age 63 years. He was the son of Charles J. and Geneva C. Craig born on February 4, 1956 in Lansing, Michigan.

Charles also known as Chuck, lived in Lansing and attended J. W. Sexton High School. He retired from General Motors after 25 years of service. Since his retirement, he and his wife, Robin, would spend summers in Levering, Michigan; he felt like he was in paradise when he was there. Chuck and Robin enjoyed walking their trails together. He loved the outdoors, cruising The Straits in his boat, doing anything with a car or anything that had a motor in it and especially his family. Charles thought that family time together was priceless and really enjoyed it.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Robin Craig; children, Melissa Craig and Charles Craig; grandchildren, Taylor Renee Craig, Alexis Samantha Scott and Cody Blake Scott; 2 brothers, Scott Maas and David Maas; many nieces including Renee; many nephews including Ron; many cousins including Derek; many other relatives and friends including special friends Dennis Cross, Linda Cross, Craig and Kathey Sperling.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Geneva Craig and his sister, Ginger Demiere; mother-and -father-in-law, Martha Maas and David Maas.
