Charles Lloyd (Lansing)

Mr. Charles Lloyd passed away Sunday, December 8, 2024 at Regency at Lansing West in Lansing, Michigan. Age 83 years. He was born on Thursday, August 7, 1941, in Williamston, Michigan, to parents, Clarence Lloyd and Geneva McGowan.

Charles graduated from high school and began working in the custodial field. He was a member of the Michigan National Guard. In addition, one of his many pleasures was horseback riding.

Charles leaves to cherish his memory daughters, Jennifer Lloyd, Tonya Dunham and Kriston Dixon; son, Todd Lloyd; grandchildren, Trevor, Devon, Leroy, Dylan, Meka, Christopher, Joshua and Brandon; six great-grandchildren; sister, Patricia Lloyd and brothers, David Lloyd and George Lloyd; sisters-in-law, Nona Rogers, Dawn Mosby and Patty Baber; and brother-in-law, David Mosby; and many other relatives and friends, including special childhood friend, Rick Debar; and the mother of his children, Vicki Lloyd.

Charles was preceded in death by his parents; Clarence Lloyd and Geneva McGowan; sister, Janet Hamel; brother, Robert (Bob) Lloyd and brother-in-law, Harry Lyons.
