Mr. Charles Welch passed away on Thursday, July 3, 2014. He was born April 22, 1943 in Alexandria, Louisiana to Charles Crockett Welch and Elvenia Beaudion Madison.
He was a resident of the city of Saginaw and he attended Buena Vista Public Schools. Charles was very good with his hands and could build or fix anything.
Mr. Welch leaves to cherish his memory his son, Charles Welch, Jr.; grandchildren, Micah, Moriah and Miracle Welch, all of Saginaw, Michigan; six sisters, Shirley (Henry) Welch, Caroline (James) Carthan, Dawn Walker, Linda (Charles) Labom, Diane (Elmo) Duckworth, Matty (Jimmy) Meullion; five brothers, Windsor and Cornelious Welch, Micheal Madison, Donald Madison, John Earl McGrew; nieces, Carla and Claudine Madison; many other relatives and friends including special friends Andy Southern, Kenny (Martha) Ray, Chris Belvin, Micheal Sewell and Kate.
Mr. Welch was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Crockett Welch and Elvenia Beaudion Madison; brothers, Sylvester and Willie Madison. The family extends special thanks to everyone for their understanding, love and support during our time of bereavement. May God bless you all.
