Charlie Donald

Mr. Charlie E. Donald Tuna made the transition from his earthly home to heaven on Thursday, November 7, 2013. Age 65 years. He was born October 7, 1948 in Sallis, Mississippi to Melvin and Wardine Donald.
Charlie was a resident of Saginaw, Michigan who enjoyed fishing, hunting, playing the lottery and watching westerns on TV. He loved to work in his garden and spend time with his friends and family. Gone but not forgotten, his presence will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
He leaves to cherish his memory his beloved wife, Lee Ann Donald; three daughters and three sons, Sandquetta (Wesley) Nash, Charles (Shemecka) Long, Donetha Ellis, Wardine (Stanley) Long, Robert (Dallas) Long, Dion Hayes; two grandchldren he raised as his own, Devon and Zaire Donald; grandchildren, T-Lee, James Bockey, Steph, Tiff, Tonya, Jessica, Deuce, Caressa Pooh Bear, Charlesa, Fantasia, Robert Jr., Devontae, Nia, Darion and Mikki; twenty-nine great-grandchildren; three sisters, Helen Howard, Erma Jean Shorter, Inez Roundtree; one brother, Melvin (Annie) Donald; his nephew and fishing buddy, Eddie Donald; many other relatives and friends.
Charlie was preceded in death by his parents, Melvin and Wardine Donald, his brothers, Revel, Bobby, William and Joe Louis Donald, Jimmie Dale and Jerry Roundtree, his special friends, Johnnie Ashford and Bob Turner.
