Christyle Zieshon Marquise Washington

     Our beloved son, Christyle Zieshon Marquise Washington, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, January 16, 2024, at the age of 25 years old. He was born April 9, 1998, in Saginaw, Michigan, to Gena Washington and Vincent Brent.

     Christyle was a graduate of Arthur Hill High School “Class of 2016.” He was employed at Applebee’s Bar & Grill. He enjoyed cooking, fishing, lifting weights and spending quality time with friends and family. Christyle will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

     Christyle leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Gena (Antwaune) Hayes; his father, Vincent (Semaja) Brent; stepfather, Emeritus Duncan Cole Jr.; daughter, Princess Canty (Passion Canty); his daughter and son, Cali-Rose and Chris Washington Jr. (Chavonne Doyal); great-grandmother, Mildred Brent, grandmothers, Ethel Washington and Patricia Brent; step-grandfather, Duncan Cole Sr.; four brothers, Darshon Washington, Duncan Cole III, JayQuan Hayes, and Exavior Jackson Brent; three sisters, Shaquice White, Neveah Cole and Twaunari Hayes; four stepsisters and brother, Antwaune Jr.,  Antoya, Antriniqua, and Antwaunette Hayes; two nephews, Zieshon Washington, and Carmello Brent; aunts, Felisa Cooper, Cynthia, Shelea, Heather and Taqueya Washington, Tamika, Pamela and Julie Brent all of Saginaw, Michigan, Shontail McClellan, Flint, Michigan, and Detondra Reynolds, Detroit, Michigan; uncles, Michael (Stephanie) Washington of Florida, and Deondray Cole, Detroit, Michigan; godmothers, Arwanda Conner and Wendy Blackmon; godbrothers, William and Robert Conner Jr.; godsister, Trashina Conner, and a host of great-aunts, great-uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends, including special cousins, La’Dazia Sumler, Vintoria Brent, DaNazia Washington and DeShawn Murrell.

Christyle was preceded in death by his uncle. Terrance Harris; grandfathers, Percy Washington and Stanley Brent; great-grandparents, Ollie Brent, Freddie Mae and Charlie Harris Sr., Desiree and Tyson Hibbler, Dorothy and Roosevelt Washington Sr.; and his godfather, Rev. Robert B. Conner Sr.
