Chritaysha King 'Tay-Tay'

On Monday, January 12, 2015 the Angels transcended from Heaven to carry Chritaysha S. King Tay-Tay home to be with the Lord at the age of 24 years. She was born August 8, 1990 in Saginaw, Michigan to Katrina Norman and Christopher King.
Chritaysha was a resident of Saginaw, Michigan. She was a 2009 graduate of Heritage High School. Chritaysha was a faithful member of Victorious Believers Ministries under the leadership of Pastor Christopher V. Pryor. She was actively involved in Sunday School and Triumphant Teens until her health failed. Chritaysha enjoyed attending church activities with the youth. She loved talking with her pastor and his wife, Kenyatta Pryor. They were her spiritual parents. Chritaysha was a fashion diva who loved the color pink. She was The Princess. To know her was to love her. Throughout her lifetime she touched many lives. Her wonderful presence will be truly missed by everyone who knew and loved her. I finished strong with strong faith.
She leaves to cherish her memory her grandparents, Willie and Doris Swilley, Cesar Powell all of Saginaw, Michigan; her father, Christopher King of Detroit, Michigan; three sisters, Dierra Thompson of Saginaw, Michigan, Monique and Zyria King both of Detroit, Michigan; two brothers, DeOndre Norman of Grand Rapids, Michigan and Chris King Jr. of Detroit, Michigan; one nephew, Daylen Roberson of Saginaw, Michigan; one aunt, Billie Norman of Saginaw, Michigan; two uncles, Lamar (Maria) Norman of Grand Rapids, Michigan and Franklin Norman of Saginaw, Michigan; several cousins including her special cousins, Daijah, Ashley, Terrance, April, Dee Dee, Renea, Jasmine, Lamar and Jordan; many other relatives and friends.
Chritaysha was preceded in death by her mother, Katrina Norman, grandmothers, Caroline Swilley and Margaret King, aunts, Marilyn, Dorothy and Kathyann, uncle, Deon Norman.
The family wishes to express special thanks to the staff of Magnum Care Saginaw, Hospice Advantage of Bay City, Pastor Christopher Pryor and the Victorious Believers Ministries, Ivan E. Phillips and the staff of Paradise Funeral Chapel and Kimberly Green.
