Collins Devante Jones departed this life on Wednesday, March 31, 2010. Age 17 years. Collins was born February 3, 1993 in Saginaw, Michigan to Yolanda Cope and Mac McKinley Brown Jr.
Collins loved bowling, going to the movies, drawing and being on the computer.
Collins leaves to cherish his memory, his parents Yolanda (Tracy) Cope and Mac McKinley Brown, Jr.; grandparents, Karen (Don) Cope, Collins (Wanda) Washington, Brenda Doxie, Betty Harrell, all of Saginaw, MI; Leonard Rohelia of Iowa; great-grandparents, Gloria Wright of Houston, TX, James (Sarah) Johnson of Saginaw, MI; four sisters, Sade, Sache, Teshell, MaKayla, all of Saginaw, MI; three brothers, Mac Brown IV, Mac Brown V, Makel Brown, all of Saginaw; three aunts, Tontaneesha (Ashley) Woodside, Samantha (Henry) Calvert, Ashlee Washington, all of Saginaw, MI; five uncles, Ronald, Shawrone, Nickolas, Damron and Henry (Anita) Cope all of Saginaw, MI . Many other cousins and friends, including special cousins, Jasmin Jones, Michael Walker, Susan Walker, David Jones and Tiffany Thomas; also special friends, Demarcus, Marco, Nate, Natoe, Tiera, Porsha, Richard, Marcus, Quenton, Chelsie and a very dear friend, Kirston Bond.The family would like to express a special thanks to Dr. Woodruff of Ann Arbor, MI and Pastor P. Collins was preceded in death by his brother, Mac Brown III, great-grandparents, Mamie Jones and Dorothy Washington.
