Ms. Connie Annette Davis passed away Tuesday, May 17, 2011 at her residence following a lengthy illness. Age 47 years. She was born June 20, 1963 in Saginaw, Michigan to J.D. and Jessie Mae Davis.
Connie was a member of Garden of Eden Church. She enjoyed spending time with her nieces and nephews and loved them as if they were her own children. She loved gospel music and watching her cousin Draymond Green play basketball on television.
She leaves to cherish her memory her fiance, Raymond Wilson; four sisters, Catherine Thompson, Patricia (Robert) Mason, Cloella Davis, Margrette (Robin) Young; six brothers, Fred (Elaine) Davis, Albert (Angie) Davis, Gregory (Angel) Davis, Roy (Lonnie) Atkins, Nathan (Jerry) Burt, Ronnie Atkins; three aunts, Bertha (Elmer) Ellsworth, Betty (Leon) Bankhead, Annie Babers; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends including a special friend, Catherine Davis.
Connie was preceded in death by her parents, J.D. and Jessie Mae Davis; grandparents, Ben and Alberta Babers; three brothers, Frank and Jeffrey Davis, A.C. Atkins; two sisters, Julia Mae Logan, Peggy Wheeler; one aunt, Patsy Mae Smith and one uncle, Ben Babers Jr.
