Constance L Billings

Our beloved mother Mrs. Constance L. Billings received her angelic wings on Sunday, August 7, 2011 at her residence. She was 77 years of age. She was born October 25, 1933 in Saginaw, Michigan to Joe and Edna Hogg.
Constance married Carl Billings in 1950. She was a devoted mother and friend to all. She was an active member of Bethel A.M.E. Church where she was President of the Lay Organization, member of the Usher and Stewardess Board III. She was employed at C.A.C. of Saginaw, Michigan. Constance graduated from Delta College with an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice.
She leaves to cherish her memories, her children, Carl (Gunilla) Billings, Constance Billings, Theophus (Tracey) Billings, Joseph (Vera) Billings, John A. Billings, Patricia West, Nancy Martin; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; one bother, Henry Hoggs, Tifflin, OH; one sister, Dovie (Johnny) Brown, Suisun, CA; two sisters-in-law, Lillie Hoggs, Geraldine Hoggs; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends including best friends, Flora Welch, Geraldine Peterson, Liz Echols; special friends, Alasko Williams and Gentry Smith.
Constance was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, Robert Hoggs, Joseph Hoggs, Welton Hoggs; two sisters, May Hoggs and Catherine Hoggs.
