He loved to dance and being outdoors, as well as having a good time, especially while telling jokes. He was well known to many as “Duck”, “Curt”, or “No Shirt Curt” and he left a lasting impression on anyone in his presence that will remain as great memories to many.

He leaves to cherish his memory son, Jordan Lee Lyons; grandchildren, Noah and Maliyah Lyons; sisters, Linda Walls, Shirley Borney, Connie Kelly all of Lansing, Michigan, and Devonia Hudson of Charlotte, North Carolina; brothers, Jerry “Joe” Lyons of Brookhaven, Mississippi and Victor Lyons of Lansing, Michigan; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

"Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it" (Proverbs 4:23).

From Genesis 4:9 There is a term we used when I was growing up, "My Brother's Keeper". It's been awhile since I was a little kid, yet I remember what we meant back in the old days. - Sapphire (Devonia Hudson)
