Daniel James Bath (Haslett)

It is with great sadness and grief that Dave and Dorrie Bath of Haslett, Michigan, announce the departure from this earthly world, of their youngest son Daniel James Bath. At 1:37 am, February 27, 2021, as a result of a weather-related, single-car accident Danny entered the heavenly realm.
Danny is survived by his parents, Dave and Dorrie Bath; brothers, Darrin Bath and Brandon Bath; sister, Breanna (Patrick) O’Keefe; grandparents, Delores Schlicker, Sonja Frolund, and Jim and Donna Bath; 8 nieces and nephews; 9 aunts and uncles; 8 cousins; and many, very close friends.
Danny was a gentle giant at 6’7” who lived his life to the fullest in his short 19 years. He found his passion in helping others, as he was a few short weeks away from becoming an EMT. He taught so many of us that service is not sacrificed, but a gift. That love is more than words. That beauty is in the eye of the beholder, especially when it came to cars. And most importantly, that life should not be measured in years, but in lives touched.
In Danny’s 19 years, he touched so many lives and continues to do so with his Gift of Life tissue donations. Danny will be missed beyond measure. We will hold his memory and spirit close and pay it forward in his honor. We hope to make you proud Danny!
