Deborah Houston, our beloved mother, grandmother, sister and aunt, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 10, 2018 at the age of 75 years. She was born February 20, 1943 in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of Marshall Sr. and Carrie Houston.
Deborah leaves to cherish her memory one son, Terran Houston, Orlando, Florida; nine grandchildren, Latrea Riley, Saginaw, Michigan, Cashari Pendleton, Atlanta, Georgia, Kobi Pendleton, Alabama, Terrance Pendleton, Grand Rapids, Michigan, D’Vanite and Jawan Pendleton, Texas, Ashawndra Pendleton, Saginaw, Michigan, Vontysha (Delano) Martin, Atlanta, Georgia, Robert Conley, Jr., Saginaw, Michigan; twenty-one great-grandchildren; three sisters, Hazel Gipson, Lansing, Illinois, Rosemary (Carl) Ruth, Yvonne (Roosevelt) Helton, both of Saginaw, Michigan; one brother, Marshall Houston, Jr., Lansing, Michigan; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Deborah was preceded in death by her parents Marshall Houston, Sr. and Carrie (Melvin) Pruitt; three daughters, Diane Pendleton, Sheri and Darlene Houston; one sister, Lillie Pruitt; two brothers, Charles and Minister Thorner Pruitt.
