Dedrick Lewis 'Plunk'

Mr. Dedrick S. Lewis Plunk passed away Tuesday, January 20, 2015 in Midland County, Texas at the age of 37 years. He was born July 16, 1977 in Saginaw, Michigan to Billy Martin and Barbara Sprinkle.
Dedrick was an electrician for GNS Electric of Dallas, Texas. He was member of The Potters House Church under the leadership of Bishop T.D. Jakes and Senior Pastor Lawrence Robinson. Dedrick had a passion for life. He really loved people and never met a stranger. Dedrick was an avid sports fan who loved the Detroit Lions. He enjoyed cooking, fishing, playing chess and talking politics. He was well loved by his family and he will be truly missed.
He leaves to cherish his memory his children, Dedrick Lewis Jr. and Demaria Lewis both of Saginaw, Michigan, JaQuaveous, Rayne and Detreon Lewis all of Grand Prairie, Texas; parents, Billy Martin of Jackson, Michigan and Barbara (Rickey) Sprinkle of Arlington, Texas; grandmother, Cora Lewis of Saginaw, Michigan; one sister, Stephanie Lewis of Grand Prairie, Texas; one stepsister, Kimberly (Chris) Freeman of Arlington, Texas; one stepbrother, Rickey Jr. (Alicia) Sprinkle of Huber Heights, Ohio; his fianc, Rhonda Ledbetter; five nieces, JaCora, Jordan and Taylor Johnson all of Grand Prairie, Texas, Kelsey Kaiser and Tiara Freeman both of Arlington, Texas; four nephews, David and Ashton Johnson both of Grand Prairie, Texas, Chris Freeman Jr. of Arlington, Texas and Orion Sprinkle of Huber Heights, Ohio; five aunts, Dorothy Freeman, Margaret Lewis and Gwen Woodson all of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Debra and RoShunda Martin both of Saginaw, Michigan; eight uncles, Patrick Lewis of Ionia, Michigan, Lester Lewis of Chicago, Illinois, Richard Lewis, Donnie (Jennell) Martin, Freddy Martin and Derrick (Debbie) Martin all of Saginaw, Michigan, Jo Goree of Alabama and Kim Martin of Kincheloe, Michigan; many other relatives and friends.
Dedrick was preceded in death by his grandparents, Pat Lewis, Ceabon and Verba Martin, one uncle, Freddie Lewis and one aunt, Doris Humphrey.
The family would like to give special thanks to everyone who expressed love and support to our family in our time of bereavement.
