Delmar Glover (Lansing)

Mr. Delmar Lovell Glover passed away on July 4th, 2022, at the age of 48 years. Delmar was born to Haywood and Alice Glover on September 15^th, 1973. He was many things a son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, grandfather, father, and friend.

Delmar resided in Lansing, Michigan, and was a happy life-of-the-party kind of person. He always had a smile on his face and would do what he could to make someone else smile too. He loved to cook and was always happy to fill the stomachs of the people he loved. Delmar was always ready to put something on the grill or frying some chicken, especially because, he knew that his kids loved it. Delmar also loved to sing, and his kids loved hearing it. He had an amazing voice and could calm his kids or stop someone in the store. Delmar was a protector of his family. He may not have been at every family function, but he was always there when you needed him. Delmar loved spending time with his family and friends and will be greatly missed. 

Delmar leaves his children, Dymond, Natasha, Alanna, Alissa, Kylee, Jesse, and Jayden; grandkids, Kyanna, Rae’Lynn, Kiaro, Naomi, and Zyair; mother, Alice Glover; brothers, Dwayne and Darrius Glover; grandmother, Carrie Hicks; many aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and friends to cherish his memory.

He was preceded in death by his father, Haywood Glover; grandparents, Haywood and Maggie Glover; Robert Hicks, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
