Demethic Dequan Warren

January 25, 1979 — May 23, 2021

Mr. Demethic Dequan Warren “Meme”, was born January 25, 1979 in Saginaw, Michigan, the son of Herbert Riley and Hazel Warren.

Demethic attended Saginaw High School and received his high school diploma in 2000. From the age of seven years, he always had a passion for dogs. Meme cared, loved, and kept them healthy, happy and safe. He raised five American bullies: Diago, Zoey, Dopeboy, Nina and Dosha; and three yorkies, Nigel, Mocha and Christmas.

Demethic is the owner of Demethic DQ Bullies. He traveled across the states to get dogs from ethical and responsible breeders, because he was also ethical and responsible. He was known as the 24-hour veterinarian. If you had any questions concerning your dog, he was available to answer. He was a real veterinarian, just without the license (lol).

Demethic was raised in the church and believed in the true and living God and His Son Jesus. He knew the Word of God and was always asking his mother questions about God’s Word. He was a respectful man, an encourager, and always found a way to make you smile or laugh to uplift your spirit. He was loved by family and friends and will truly be missed. In his sister Lisa voice “See you later Mr. Johnny on the spot!”

He leaves precious memories with his parents, Herbert Riley and Hazel Warren; sisters, Falisha Nash, Zondria Warren, Kenya (Marquis) Williams, Aminat (Olalekan) Bakare, Carla Brooks; brothers, Aivars (Taherra) Warren, Herbert (Nicole) Warren, Rashaad Warren, TJ Brooks, Jerry (Juanita) Riley, Timothy (Alexis) Pinkston; nieces, Chanelle, DeOnna, Jamesha, Dayja, Starriana, Lexus, Nyimah, Aniah, Zamari (whom he called his daughter), Journee; nephews, Darrell, AJ, James, Jonathan, Edward, Zamir, Peter; many aunts, uncles, cousins, other loved ones and friends, including special cousins Avery and Reggie Frazier and special friends, Andrew and Jeremy.

Demethic was preceded in death by one brother, James Darnell Warren; nephew, Treyvohn Darrell Warren; grandparents, Sylvester and Vinnie Warren; aunts, Idella Addison, Gladys Davis; uncle, Henry Warren.
