Mr. Detrich Lamar Duran passed away Thursday, January 27, 2011. Age 33 years. He was born June 26, 1977 in Saginaw, Michigan to Shawn Duran and Willie Horrison.
Detrich was employed at Bay Valley Resort and Outback Steakhouse. He was attending Delta College and had a strong interest in creative writing.
He leaves to cherish his memory two sons, Justin Duran, Jahiem Carter; parents, Shawn Duran and Willie Horrison; companion, Charlotte Carter; grandfather, Larry Foreman; one brother, Anson Duran, one sister, Jessica (Terrance) Duran-Baber; nephew, Tristan Duran-Baber; niece, Broklynn Duran-Baber, two special aunts, Stacy (Bobby) Duran-Shells, Dr. Sharon L. Anderson; uncle, James Duran; cousins, Jordan, Javian, Jayden, Donovan Duran, Corey Hollar, Tavin Stempek and a special cousin, Kristen Duran; one half brother, Alvin Horrison and one half sister, Robin Horrison.
Detrich was preceded in death by his brother, Justin X. Duran and grandmother, Diane Duran-Foreman.
