Dewain Mccall

Mr. DeWain McCall, 58, passed away on Sunday, December 24, 2023, at Covenant HealthCare Harrison. He was born August 14, 1965, in Calhoun, Alabama, to Mary Lou Mushatt-McCall.

Dewain was a resident of Saginaw Michigan. He attended Made in His Image Church of God In Christ. Dewain graduated from Saginaw High School with the Class of ‘84. He was employed by Pepsi Beverage in Ohio.

DeWain enjoyed playing cards and dominos, watching all sports, and his favorite TV shows, Law and Order, The Andy Griffin Show, The Young and the Restless, and The Bold and The Beautiful. He loved music; his favorite artists were Wendell B., Chris Marquis, and Calvin Richardson. Dwain especially loved spending time with his family.

DeWain leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Charlene Snow McCall; his mother, Mary Lou Mushatt-McCall; seven daughters, Melissa Harris, Denecia, Selena, and Danielle McCall, Nakayla Huntley, Alexis (Sina) Snow Sabet, and Ta’lyha Snow; two sons, Alondro (Savannah) McCall, and Te’Andre (Taylor) Snow; three sisters, Barbara McCall Osei, Mary McCall, and Selena Patrick; four brothers, Aruth (Denise) Mushatt, Charlie (Rochelle) McCall, Darroll and Delano Cook; many grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends, including special friends, Don (Kathy) Morris, and George Goodman.

DeWain was preceded in death by his father, George Sean Gilchrist,; grandparents, George Mushatt, and Minnie Miles; brother, Jesse James McCall, and daughter Ericka Davis.
